Service Level Agreement

HostKitty Internet Services does not operate it's own physical datacenter(s). Therefore we are not in the position of offering a service level agreement. We cannot guarantee something upstream won't occur that would trickle down to our clients.
However what we can offer is SLA credits that are provided to us. Anytime service is impaired and is found to be covered under an SLA of one of our upstream providers we will credit our clients with that credit.

We wish we could offer more but in general the SLA's that exist in this industry are rarely ever honored. Companies usually always find a loophole as a reason not to honor it. HostKitty doesn't operate like this, you will always get what you are entitled to with us.
