Refund Policy

HostKitty Internet Services cannot accept returns or provide refunds for non-tangible services. The only refunds that HostKitty can provide is for services not rendered or services not rendered per agreement.
HostKitty will accept refund reviews for services through our ticket system. If you feel you are entitled to a refund please submit a ticket. We cannot provide pro-rated refunds, all of our services are provided month to month unless otherwise specified.
Some products such as domain names, dns service, and ssl certificates are yearly purchases and are not entitled to a refund.
If you pre-pay for services and cancel your service prior to your terms end HostKitty can only refund on a per month basis. For instance if you pre-pay for 12 months and cancel 6 months in you will have a refund for 6 months. Prior to the refund any discount provided will be removed. 12 month pre-payments come with a 15% discount, you will lose that discount prior to being refunded.
